MIST ELIMINATOR

Today I wanna tell you about one of our best sellers, Mist Eliminator. This is one of our historical products. We have been producing it for decades.

Mist Eliminator separates water, oil, and particulates from the air. It stream and diverts the liquid to an appropriate drain, protecting machines inside. 

For example, if oils and particulates from the air pass through the eliminator, it is better to choose aluminum blades. To remove humidity from moving air is going to be good eliminator with polypropylene blades.

The shape of these separators has been specially designed for their high performance. They make a very high efficiency of separation of the air and airflow almost doesn't change. 

The washable mist eliminator is built with corrosion-resistant materials.

Attention: Mist eliminators in aluminium are not flammable, very important for many fields, like navy or if you are building a large size mist eliminator.

For polypropylene mist eliminators we use a special type of polypropylene, which is highly resistant to high temperatures up to 130 degrees , as well as to low temperatures up to -15 degrees.

Prolam has a huge variety of mist eliminators and various sizes. You can also choose blades made of aluminum or polypropylene, depending on your needs. 

Depending on your technical characteristics you can choose a different pitch. We can provide mist eliminators with pitches 25, 33, 40

You can choose an already assembled eliminator with the entire aluminium frame or disassemble in bars of different dimensions, even quite big sizes. But in this case without a frame. 

On request, we can produce a mist eliminator in stainless steel as well.
