Today I will tell about the best-selling hinges from Prolam.
We have hinges available in nylon, aluminum, zamak, and stainless steel, to suit every requirement.

🔹 Symmetrical nylon hinges
Let’s start with a classic: the N 40 × 40, a simple, symmetrical nylon hinge with a Grivory pin. In fact, all our nylon hinges are equipped with this type of pin. Grivory is a high-strength plastic material, comparable to aluminum but does not corrode. Due to its mechanical resistance properties, it is an even better solution than aluminum or stainless steel.

It also comes in other sizes, such as 50 × 50, 60 × 60, etc.

🔹 Nylon hinges – with oval or standard hole
Then we have models like the N148, 149, 150, 152, and 153.
They are also nylon with Grivory pins.
They have an important detail: an oval hole for the pin.
This allows the hinge to self-level with the panel, compensating for tolerances caused by the gasket.

🔹 Nylon hinges with screw covers
The N 90×70 model features an integrated cover that hides the screws.

🔹 Aluminum hinges
Next is the A151 model, made of aluminum, also with a Grivory pin.
It is available in black, silver, or custom colors.
It offers superior mechanical resistance compared to nylon and is perfect for heavier loads.
