🔩 Revolutionary Panel Stop – No More Screw Tips! 🔩

Today, I want to introduce a very innovative new product. It is a panel stop used with single . mono flange profiles. The purpose of this new component is to lock and secure panels without using screw bushings, preventing the screw tips from protruding inside the unit.

Here is an example of a panel secured with the new panel stops, and as you can see, no screw tips are visible inside.
This system is very smart because it definitively solves the issue of screw tips inside machines. As a result, the interior of the machine will be cleaner and safer.

As you can see, the screw exists but is directly fixed and screwed into the profile, so it is inside and not visible. By tightening this screw, I push the panel stop onto the panel, and the panel stops.

There is another very interesting feature: this panel stop has a wing that acts as a spacer. This is specifically designed to center the panel, so when I place the panel, I won’t need additional spacers to center it. Once these eight or more panel stops are positioned, the panel will automatically center itself, making assembly much faster.
In this way, assembly becomes time-saving thanks to this component.

Additionally, this panel stop also comes in an adjustable DN43ADJ option. As mentioned earlier, this version has a set screw inserted in its head. With this set screw, I can freely adjust the pressure of the panel on the seal because it is adjustable. This allows for maintenance or adjusting air tightness as needed.  Allen screw

The panel stop is available in different colors. The panel will be easier to use because it doesn’t need to be drilled, and we can save on bushings since they are unnecessary.
